What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, company and password when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Your work — briefs, brand files, images, fonts and feedback you give the agents, plus the designs and exports they make for you.
• Payment details — your plan and billing history. Card numbers go straight to our payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Usage — which features you use, how often, the device and browser you're on, and basic logs that help us keep things running.
• Messages — emails, support chats and anything you send us through the contact form.

How we use it

• To run Atalier — turning your briefs into designs, exporting to Figma, Framer, React and HTML, and saving your projects.
• To train your brand-aware agents on Atalier Max, using only the files you gave them.
• To let you in from the waitlist and tell you when your spot opens.
• To answer questions, fix problems and give you support.
• To send you product updates you can turn off at any time.
• To keep the Service secure and to meet our legal duties.

Your work stays yours

Your briefs, brand files and the designs made from them are private to your workspace. We don't use them to train agents for other customers, and we don't show them in our marketing without asking you first. Our team only looks at your projects when you ask for help or when we need to fix a problem.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share only what's needed with a few trusted partners who help us run Atalier. We'll also share information if the law requires it or to protect Atalier and the people who use it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and see which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of Atalier may stop working properly if you do.

Keeping your data safe

Your data is encrypted while it travels and while it's stored. Access inside our team is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if something ever goes wrong, we'll tell you quickly and explain what happened.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your work for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account, your projects and brand files are removed within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

Email us and we'll take care of any of these within a few days. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy law, and we'll honour those too.

Where your data lives

Atalier is used all over the world, so your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own. Wherever it goes, it's protected by this policy and by the agreements we have with our partners.

Children

Atalier is built for people running products and businesses, not for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, tell us and we'll remove them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Atalier changes. If the update matters, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top of the page always tells you when it was last changed.
