Agreeing to these terms

You accept these terms when you use Atalier. If you're using Atalier for a company, you're confirming you have permission to agree on that company's behalf. If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the Service.

Who can use Atelier

You need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to sign a contract where you live. Atalier is currently in private beta, so access is opened in the order people joined the waitlist. An invite is for you and can't be passed on to someone else.

Your account

Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. Anything done from your account counts as done by you. Make sure the details you give us are accurate and kept up to date.

How the agents work

When you send a brief, our agents — the Director, the Designer, the Critic and the Shipper — plan, design, review and package the work for you. They produce drafts based on what you tell them. You're responsible for checking the output before you use it, the same way you'd review work from any designer.

What you can't do

To keep Atalier safe and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

Plans, payment and renewals

Starter is free. Studio and Atalier Max are paid plans, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown when you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices can change, but we'll tell you before a change affects you.

Refunds

If Atalier isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, payments are not refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Downgrading or cancelling part-way through a period doesn't trigger a refund for the remaining time.

Your content and what the agents make

Everything you give Atalier — briefs, brand files, images, feedback — stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to run the Service for you, for example to train your own brand-aware agents on Max.

The designs and exports the agents create for you are yours too. You can use them for your own product and business, including Figma, Framer, React and HTML exports. We don't use your work to advertise Atalier without asking you first.

What belongs to Atalier

The Atalier name, logo, the agents, our design system and the software that runs the Service belong to us. Using Atalier doesn't give you any ownership of them. Please don't copy or reuse them outside the Service.

Beta features and availability

Atalier is a new product and some parts are still in beta. Things may change, break or be removed while we improve them. We do our best to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Turnaround times shown on plans are targets, not guarantees.

Ending your account

You can stop using Atalier and delete your account whenever you like. We may pause or close an account if these terms are broken or if we have to for legal reasons. If we close an account for no fault of yours, we'll refund any unused paid time.

Our responsibility to you

Atalier is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that happen indirectly through your use of the Service — for example lost sales or lost data. If we are found responsible for something, the most we'll owe is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Atalier grows. If a change matters, we'll email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Atalier after that means you accept the updated terms.
